Pride Flag Replaces POW/MIA Flag in Veterans Memorial Plaza

This is simply a tactic of domination by the leftist activist utilizing the LGBTQ movement as another outlet to alter the perception of reality and decrease the importance of freedom and those that fight to defend it.

A flag that represents the soldiers who are Prisoners of War or Missing in Action was replaced with an LGBTQ rainbow flag for pride month at the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Plaza. This flag means so much to veterans and their families. Veteran John Williams reported to WRC-TV, “I wasn’t happy about it at all because the park is supposed to be a veterans park, People died.

Now they took it down and put another flag up.” He added to the station, “If they want to put the other flag underneath, they could put it underneath, but the POW flag should be flying there.”

Clearly, this is not homophobia of any degree, this is outrage over the replacement of the flag that honored veterans. I am sure that any flag that replaced this one would receive similar levels of outrage. The flag honoring the heroes who fought to protect our country was replaced by a flag having nothing to do with veterans… at a memorial for veterans.
