North Korea test-launched a new type of short-range missile on Thursday, according to U.S. officials.
The first missile launched flew 270 miles before crashing into the Sea of Japan. The second, and much more concerning missile, was able to fly 430 miles, putting all of South Korea within its range.
According to Fox News, These missile launches were the first by the evil communist regime since early May, and the first since President Trump met North Korean leader Kim Jong Un at the demilitarized zone last month. These missiles seem to be significantly more powerful than the ones launched just two months ago in May. The launches took place as the U.S. national security advisor, John Bolton, finished his visit to Seoul, South Korea. The North Korean regime has called Bolton a “warmonger” after his comments made in May that followed North Korea’s last missile test, which were of Russian design.
These missile launches come as tensions between both Iran and the United States and North Korea and the United States seem to be heating up greatly, despite our attempts to be diplomatic and work through issues peacefully. If our DOD had their war fighting abilities at the forefront of day to day operations instead of appeasement and diplomacy, we could simultaneously crush North Korea and Iran.
